📋What we collect

• Google account details — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo URL. These are stored locally in the extension on your device.
• IP address — your public IP address is detected and sent to our license server together with your account email. This is used to run the free trial and manage access (see "Why we collect it").
• License records — first use date, last use date, plan status, and a count of how many times the extension was opened.
• Support messages — if you contact us, your message is sent from your own Gmail account; the extension only pre-fills the draft.

We do not collect browsing history, page content, analytics, passwords, or payment card details.

🎯Why we collect it

• To securely sign you in and identify your account.
• To operate the 10-day free trial per internet connection, and to unlock lifetime access after the one-time payment.
• To prevent abuse, block misuse, and provide support.

Payments are arranged directly by email and processed outside the extension — we never see or store card or banking details.

🗄️Where your data lives

Sign-in details stay in your browser's extension storage on your device. License records (email, IP, dates, plan status, open count) are stored in a private, developer-controlled Google Sheet operated through Google Apps Script, transmitted over HTTPS. Only the developer can access it.

🌐Third-party services

• Google — OAuth sign-in, and Apps Script / Sheets for license storage.
• ipify.org — used to detect your public IP address.
• Open PageRank and RDAP — when you click "Analyze Domain Authority", the domain of the page you're viewing is sent to these services to fetch rank and domain-age data.
• Moz — optional; only used if you enter your own Moz API keys.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing.

💻Analysis stays local

All SEO analysis — headings, images, links, schema, Core Web Vitals, scores — happens entirely inside your browser. Page content is never uploaded anywhere. CSV and HTML exports are generated on your device and saved only where you choose.

🔐Google user data — Limited Use

SEO Analyzer Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

🗑️Retention & your rights

License records are kept for as long as they are needed to operate your trial or lifetime access. You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing us; deletion requests are honoured within 7 days. Signing out removes your Google details from the extension on your device.

👶Children

SEO Analyzer Pro is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
